Order Processing
All paid orders are processed and assembled within 3–5 business days.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with shipping details and a tracking number sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Fees

Standard postal shipping is FREE for orders over $100/€100.

For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of $33/€33 applies.
Courier Delivery
Shipping via courier companies is available upon request only, must be arranged individually, and is always paid separately by the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to shop with confidence and clarity.
Order Cancellation Before Shipment
You may cancel your order free of charge until it has been handed over to the postal service.
The moment of shipment is considered to be when you receive a tracking number by email.
Cancellation After Shipment
If the order is cancelled after it has been shipped, a cancellation fee will apply:

20% of the total order value
Export Customs Stage
Order cancellation and refunds are not possible once the package has entered the Uruguay export customs process.
Refusal to Receive the Package
If you change your mind, you may simply choose not to collect the parcel from your local postal office.
After the storage period expires, the package will automatically be returned to us. Once we receive the returned parcel (confirmed via tracking), your refund will be processed automatically within 30 days from the return date.
